This service would be provided by Mobex , brand of Qarmatek Services Pvt. Ltd.

You can buy Mobex Plan on www.Mobex.in website or from any Mobex retailer near to you.

There is no separate activation required. As soon as you complete registration process on our application at retailer point or on website, your plan gets activated. It will take 24 hours post registration and you will get notification on your registered Mobile number and email address provided at the time of registration.

Yes. You need to provide Your original invoice copy, Photograph of your Handset with IMEI number displayed on screen ( type *#06# and you will get IMEI of your phone displayed, than take a photo of the phone covering complete Screen and body ) at the time of registration along with your Phone number and e Mail ID for required communication and or notification. Name should be mentioned as per your Aadhar Card.

One can raise a service request anytime post registration till the time plan expires. The plan will expire in 1 year from the date of registration.

Your device will be formatted during the repair process. Please backup your data before handing over the device to the pickup agent.

You can’t change the device covered under plan unless it has been replaced by the Brand under their respective policies or as DOA policies or it is Out of warranty repair case

The policy shall continue on your replaced device. Mobex should be duly informed with details of new device (Brand, Model, IMEI, letter/ receipt from Brand notifying same) of any such change by calling 7676576765 within 7 days of occurrence. Failing to do so will disrupt your seamless claim process.

Yes the plan is transferable. Mobex should be duly informed with details of the new owner (Name, Phone number, Address) by calling 7676576765 within 7 days of occurence. Failing to do so will disrupt your seamless claim process. Or the plan will be null and void and stands cancelled

Handset which is opened and tried for repair prior to sending it to Mobex are considered Tampered Handset

For all such Handset received from customer and post estimate given by Mobex it is not approved by customer, Mobex will charge service fees of Rs.250/- for each of such handset.
